About Valios Group

Governance expertise for organizations without an in-house governance function.

We founded Valios Group on a simple belief: growing companies deserve the same caliber of AI counsel as the largest enterprises — delivered with clarity, candor, and care.

Our mission

Valios Group exists because most organizations' AI governance hasn't kept pace with their AI adoption — whether that means nothing is in place yet, or what's in place isn't holding up under real use. We provide that capability — governance and change management expertise sized to fit an organization that's serious about AI, wherever its internal function currently stands.

Leadership

The discipline is proven. The technology is just newer.

Adam Miles

Principal Partner

Adam Miles, Principal Partner at Valios Group, has spent 25 years in technology, including 18 in project and program management and eight focused specifically on RPA. He spent several of those years at Blue Prism itself, where he worked as a Robotic Operating Model Architect, helping enterprise clients across healthcare, higher education, and financial services build the Centers of Excellence and governance structures that kept automation programs accountable as they scaled. That experience, combined with Prosci-certified change management training, taught him that the hardest part of deploying autonomous systems was never the technology — it was getting the organization to adopt it responsibly and sustain the discipline once the initial rollout excitement faded.

Adam founded Valios Group on a simple premise: AI governance is the same problem he spent a decade solving for RPA, with higher stakes and less margin for error. He works with risk, compliance, legal, and IT leaders who need governance frameworks and change management plans but don't yet have the internal function to own them — building the policies, controls, and adoption strategies that let organizations move with AI instead of being blindsided by it. No hype, no frameworks that sit in a drawer — just governance built by someone who's already run this playbook once, for the technology that came before.

Duana Davis

Advisory Partner

Duana Davis, Advisory Partner at Valios Group, brings a combination of human insight and technical knowledge to help organizations adopt AI responsibly, regardless of size — whether that means a founder-led business or an enterprise team without a dedicated governance function. Her background in software development within the Salesforce ecosystem taught her to build systems with integrity, longevity, and sustainability; showing her firsthand how governance, process discipline, and best practices are what separate real innovation from chaos. That foundation, paired with strong pattern recognition, gives Duana an edge in spotting the operational and regulatory risks a company might otherwise miss.

Duana has also coached for over ten years within her Salesforce career and now coaches independently. She works with people to help them claim their own capability — and to recognize there's no shame in where they've come from, only in staying stuck. She brings that same mindset to the businesses we advise at Valios Group: the guardrails to move forward with certainty, and the confidence to actually own the change.

What we stand for

The principles behind every engagement.

Governance you've essentially done before

This isn't a new discipline. It's automation governance applied to a system with a wider range of outcomes.

Built for wherever your governance stands today

Every framework meets your organization where it is — whether that's nothing in place yet or a function that isn't holding up under real use.

Adoption over paperwork

A policy no one follows isn't governance. The work isn't done until your team actually uses it.
